Spotlight: Teaching at Brella
Teaching at Brella is designed for those who love to provide learning opportunities no matter how long or short to children in a dynamic work environment. We are designed to meet the changing needs of the communities we serve and teachers that thrive at Brella are adaptable and passionate about changing an industry while still delivering a high-quality education to children.
We are an inclusive and diverse team and are committed to providing a respectful and fair workplace no matter a team member’s ethnicity, religion, age, marital status, sexual orientation or gender identity.
We welcome teachers with a variety of experience from recent completion of ECE credits to seasoned educators. Our Resource Teacher roles are great for early-in-career ECE educators or those who enjoy and want to explore different age ranges by providing support to our classrooms and covering for callouts. Our Teacher roles are an opportunity to focus on a specific age range while diving deeper into our play-based curriculum planning, flow of day, documentation and communicating effectively with the team, children and parents. Our Lead Teacher role is for educators who have served in a leadership role previously at other centers in coaching and mentoring other teachers.
Full-time employees work 40 hours/week and are eligible for full benefits. Our centers are currently open M-F from 8 AM - 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM - 1 PM.
