Why Educators Love Working for Brella

Work That Truly Matters

Early childhood educators shape the foundation of a child’s life.

At Brella, educators do work that truly matters. Every day they help children learn, grow, and build confidence during the most important years of development.

Our educators play a key role in creating the beloved childcare experience that families trust. Through meaningful relationships and thoughtful learning experiences, they help children develop the qualities that matter most—confidence, curiosity, and compassion.

There are few careers more meaningful.

Invested in Your Growth

Early childhood educators deserve the same investment and professional development as any other profession.

Brella educators receive ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development opportunities throughout their careers. Through initiatives like our collaboration with Stanford’s FIND program (Filming Interactions to Nurture Development), educators gain tools that strengthen the everyday interactions where children’s learning and development truly happen.

When our educators grow, our children and families thrive.

A Delightful & Collaborative Culture

Teaching is deeply meaningful work — and it should never feel isolating.

At Brella, you’ll be part of a collaborative team supported by experienced leaders, with a shared focus on what matters most: delivering a beloved child care and shaping the future of early childhood education. Our centers are designed to make that possible, while also creating a workplace that feels connected, energizing, and fun.

We aim to foster an environment where educators feel supported, valued, and genuinely proud to be part of the Brella community.
